Banna Strand is a superb stretch of golden, sandy beach that stretches for approximately 10 km along the Kerry coastline. It’s a beautiful blue flag beach that extends for miles. The sand dunes here are a designated conservation area with rare plants and animals. It is a popular surfing spot with surfing lessons and summer camps.
Fenit is a 15 minute drive from the hotel. It has beaches for all preferences. There is mutiple things to do including boat tours, kayaking and sailing.

Ballybunion beach a blue flag awarded beach is situated approx 34km from The Brandon Hotel Tralee. The north and south beaches are perfect for walking, swimming, surfing and other water sports activities. The beaches are surrounded by rocky headlands and caves which you can explore in low tide. Castlegregory beach is a 4-5 km stretch of interconnected beaches in Tralee Bay just a short 25mins drive from The Brandon Hotel Tralee. Castlegregory beach boasts extensive sand dune systems and long stretches of beach. If you're a nature or water sports lover this is the place for you. A number of scuba diving, surfing and windsurfing schools operate in the vicinity with lifeguards on duty during the summer months.
Camp beach is located in the quaint little village of Camp in Co. Kerry and a 15mins drive from The Brandon Hotel Tralee. It is a beautiful scenic sandy beach popular with swimmers, walkers and water sports enthusiasts.
